So for my Jazz Theory class I need to transcribe two solos.
This morning I was working on the first two choruses of “Dig Dis” by Hank Mobley. It’s a really wicked tune but holy shit am I terrible at transcribing. Took me all morning and up until now. I am worn out. These are the points in my life that I wish I had perfect pitch.
